Cancellation by You

• Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled before it is shipped to the provided destination.
• Members can always check the status of their order from “Track Order” available at the Website.
• Once the cancellation request is received after shipping, we will initiate the process of refunding the amount as a return procedure to your account via the same payment mode that you had used to make the transaction. Once the refund process starts, your refund amount will be credited to your account. If an order is placed for a customised or personalised product, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation by AESHWARI CREATIONS Jewellery

• For any reason, AESHWARI CREATIONS Jewellery reserves the right to cancel an order without providing the customer with an explanation. We have the right to refuse or cancel any order in our sole discretion since AESHWARI CREATIONS Jewellery may be unable to accept some orders.
• If we are unable to deliver what you ordered by the deadline you were provided, AESHWARI CREATIONS Jewellery has the right to revoke the delivery of your package.
• Other grounds for not approving the purchase could be due to logistical concerns detected by AESHWARI CREATIONS Jewellery, including a quantity restriction on what can be purchased, pricing or product information mistakes, or problems our fraud prevention staff has discovered.
• We also reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders in certain cases. We will notify you in case Your order has been cancelled.

Refund

We offer a 100% refund on orders placed online if returns are made within 7 (Seven) days from the date of the delivery and the shipping charges for the same will be on us. The refund will be processed in 7-12 days business days to the original recipient’s account.
